Crystal Mill

One of my favorite places to head in the spring is the Crystal Mill and its immediate area. I just find this area immensely scenic, and the powerhouse structure, no matter how many times I see it in person or in pictures, still wonderfully attractive through the years. The video is from Memorial Day weekend, 2010. I had also tried driving up the weekend prior, but was blocked by about 3-4 feet of a remains of an avalanche about a third of the way up, which is at the last spot that usually blocks the road. And oh yeah, the Crystal River absolutely crazy this time of year.
